2004-07-14 [BobbyRay]: *the ray that rogue attacked was not the actual ray, but an after image. Ray appears elsewhere in the room...* It is a spellcaster game. It is gonna be in the game section. Close combat is looked down on but you can use a wide variety of spells and maybe even create your own. It is a lot like this wiki where you can no longer just say that you hit someone. Each character has a limited amount of energy and they must feed there spells with energy so that they surpass their opponents defense. You could jsut feed all your energy into your defense but then when it would be your turn you would have no energy for spells. See, there is a trade-off...I hope it works out...
